1. Who we are
FASerenite is a beauty store based in Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse, create an account, or place an order, and why.
2. Information we collect
- Account details: your email address and, when you complete your profile, your first name, last name and phone number.
- Sign-in: one-time codes sent to your email and, if you add a passkey, passkey data: a public key, the name you give it and usage dates. We never receive the private key stored on your device.
- Orders: items, delivery address, shipping and tax details, and payment status.
- Store activity: products you view, searches and your bag, used to show recently viewed items and to manage your order.
- Technical data: server logs, such as IP address and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and send sign-in codes.
- To process, ship and support your orders, and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To contact you about your orders.
- To understand how the store is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use the following:

5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted page. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the information you enter there.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed: Stripe (payments), our email and hosting providers, shipping carriers (name and delivery address), and Google (analytics, only if you accept). We do not sell your personal information.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account details for as long as your account exists. Order records are kept for as long as Canadian tax and accounting rules require, which is generally six years.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw your consent to analytics cookies, or to remove passkeys from your account. Some information must be kept for legal reasons. Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 where it applies, give you these rights.
9. Security
We use HTTPS and limit access to personal information to people who need it. No online service is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
